Acharya Aashish is an Enlightened Master, a mystic of this day and age, who speaks in this discourse on the foremost scripture of Hinduism - The Isha Upanishad.

The Upanishads are a collection of texts which are the philosophical concepts of Hinduism, few of these concepts are also seen in Buddhism and Jainism. The Upanishads are known as utterances (shruti) which talk about the ultimate reality known as brahman, which point path towards human salvation (moksha or mukti). The basic teaching of the Upanishads revolves around to know your self-meaning the atman.

The forth mantra of the Isha Upanishad means that you are part of the oneness, the existence, the self - meaning the Atma is just one, it is nothing but part of the existence, you are part of the broader picture the existence cannot survive without you. You would mean a lot to the existence it is also true that the existence is moving and you are moving with it too, but this does not mean that you are moving the existence you are just part of it, you are part of the movement, this verse of the Isha Upanishad truly justifies that there is no I, the karma the deeds are part of you, but there is no I.
